Attached is a winter photograph of our house before Randy improved the function and look by adding an overhang when he replaced the roof. The summer photos are after the improvements. We wanted to be able to open our front door without getting wet in the rain and thought of a small awning. It was Randy’s excellent idea to extend the roof and then reshingle. Now we can barbeque without getting wet under our new overhang. The roof was properly sheathed with ice guard before reshingling. The soffitt fits perfectly in all corners. He picked the best materials. You can see the strength of the cedar support beams under the new overhang. The new front door with glass insert is a piece of art. It is snug fitting, air tight and caulking is invisible. Randy has the very best caulker working for him, and all his employees are seasoned professionals.
